We chose Racetop after reading reviews however we didn't have a positive experience. We ordered 2 signs, 1 was delivered and we were given the runaround about the next sign. Everything from the delivery company lost it to production said they put both signs in one box that was delivered- all were untrue. How can this company lie to another company? We had to take pictures to prove only 1 sign came in the box. We were short a sign during our huge event of 80,000 people and Racetop didn't offer any kind of compensation or oversight shipping for their error and for putting us, as a company, at a disadvantage. You can never reach anyone to talk to, you just get a voicemail that's never returned. They only communicate by email and good luck trying to get full information on one email. But overall, the sign was decent in print but really flimsy and will blow over with the slightest breeze.
Found my retractable banner perfect until the “g” in healing does not look like a “g.” But colors are vibrant and it was a great price!
